Handgun hunting remains as popular as ever, especially among revolver shooters. If you’re looking for a potent round that will take down almost anything you put it in, it’s hard to match the .44 magnum. For those looking to tame the wild cartridge, Nighthawk Custom is importing a new option from Korth. This is the new .44 magnum Korth Mongoose.
Nighthawk Custom news @ TFB:
Korth has been building the world’s finest revolvers since 1954. Since 2016, Nighthawk Custom has been the exclusive importer of the Korth revolver lineup in the United States. As a partnership, we continue to adapt to the wants and needs of our customers. New for 2022, meet the Korth Mongoose .44 Magnum. All the same stylings as the .357 Mongoose, but now chambered in .44 Mag. If you’ve always loved the classic look of the Mongoose, but craved the power of the .44 Mag, this is the revolver for you.
The Korth Mongoose: Now Available in .44 Magnum
The Korth Mongoose is a six-shot revolver that can be had with either a 3″ or 4″ barrel. Atop the muzzle end of that barrel is a 14K gold bead front sight. This is in combination with a fully adjustable rear sight for pinpoint accuracy. The grip is crafted from Turkish walnut and sports some subtle Korth branding. Also, the contours and finger grooves should lead to a comfortable hold when firing the powerful .44 magnum cartridge. The pistol is machined from billet steel and wears a DLC finish for added resistance from the elements.
