$15 Cabelas TROUT Fishing Challenge!! (Unexpected!)

In this Fishing Challenge I take you guys with me to Cabelas with a budget of $15! With an interesting twist, we use the budget to purchase gear to do some trout fishing! We then take our new supplies out to test it in the waters and see if we can catch some fish!
