Hoonigan Travis Pastrana is at it again, this time chasing after Dave Carapetyan in a video for Black Rifle Coffee Company honoring our troops.
Hoonigan and Black Rifle Coffee have partnered up to film an epic Veteran’s Day celebration of speed. Travis Pastrana and Dave Carapetyan are tearing up a small Texas town in an all-out car chase driving two highly modified rides.
You probably know Pastrana from his multiple X Games medals, Rally America titles, or maybe his record-breaking motorcycle jumps. Carapetyan runs the Rally Ready driving school and has three class wins at Pikes Peak. Together, they can create one heck of a car chase!
Carapetyan’s role in the video is as an aging WWII vet who carjacks a highly modified Jeep Wrangler. Pastrana plays the local lawman who has to chase down Carapetyan while driving a Subaru Brat police cruiser. Four words we don’t think have ever been strung together before.
We won’t try and describe the in-car action, but expect loads of full-send donuts, drifts, and general hooning around Boerne, Texas. Black Rifle Coffee has brought in plenty of its veteran influences and war heroes to make cameo appearances in the clip.
Car chases and coffee are two of our favorite things. They work together pretty well to wake you up on a mid-fall morning.
