Rimfire rifles have seen somewhat of a resurgence with the increased popularity of Rimfire PRS matches in recent times. Whether that’s due to the cost of ammo or just blind luck, the fact is that more and more people are looking to rimfire rifles like the Ruger 10/22 and the CZ 457 for their competition rifles due to their affordability. If you’ve gone down this rabbit hole and are looking for a nice upgrade for your CZ 457 rifle, Grey Birch Solutions has just introduced their new Foundation 457 chassis to work with the CZ 457 rimfire rifle.
The New Foundation 457 Chassis is Here from Grey Birch Solutions
The Foundation 457 seems to feature many of the same traits as the 10/22 Foundation chassis and as a result, those of you who wanted the same features for your CZ rifle can now have first access to it while supplies last. Grey Birch Solutions is currently offering a 5% off code that is specific to the new chassis that will last until the first run of Foundation 457 chassis’ has been sold. Grey Birch Solutions is also offering 0% financing and free shipping across all of Canada as well as reasonable shipping to the United States.
The Foundation 457 features an internal recoil lug, purpose build magwell cutout for easier magazine changes, is compatible with AR grips, has an enhanced ergonomic alignment between the grip and trigger, and features a standard Picatinny Stock mount. Other features include a 10-inch modular forend with M-LOK attachment stops as well as an ARCA-Swiss compatible rail. The Foundation 457 also comes with a folding stock that features a length of pull adjustment, and comb height adjustments. The new chassis looks like a quality upgrade for a very popular and very accurate bolt action rimfire rifle. However, you’ll have to decide for yourself if the price of the Foundation 457 is worth the cost of an entirely new rifle. For more information, you can visit the Grey Birch Solutions website.
